Easy Buffalo Cauliflower

In switching over to a high-fat low carb diet, I’ve created a few staple sides that go with almost anything.

This recipe is delicious and perfect as a side or main entre.

You could easily leave out the butter if you are staying away from dairy or high fats.

I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!

Ingredients:

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbsp Olive oil
2 Tsp Garlic Powder
Salt & pepper
Sauce:
1/4 c. buffalo sauce
3 tbsp butter (optional)

Directions:


Preheat oven to 375°.
Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil and pour onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes flip and 10 more minutes.

Instructions for sauce:


Melt butter and buffalo sauce in a pan. Take cauliflower out of the oven and pour hot sauce mixture over it.
Return to oven and broil on low for 5 minutes.

Enjoy with your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing!
