    Easy Buffalo Cauliflower

    In switching over to a high-fat low carb diet, I’ve created a few staple sides that go with almost anything. This recipe is delicious and perfect as a side or main entre. You could easily leave out the butter if you are staying away from dairy or high fats. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!
